Red and black tulips and pomegranate shapes sit inside a repeating ogee (onion-shaped) frame of gray and gold, set on a deep black ground. It is the most dramatic pillow in the group, with strong contrast and rich color. It is available in 8 colorways: Black, Navy, Green, Ivory, Red, Black/Red, Oasis Green and Turquoise.
The ogee lattice filled with tulips was one of the most famous patterns of Ottoman silk velvets and brocades woven in Bursa and Istanbul, and this pillow is a modern take on that luxury fabric. It is jacquard woven in Turkey on heavy chenille, with the design woven into the cloth for depth and a soft, slightly lustrous surface. Gold tassels finish the corners, and both sides carry the pattern. The pillow is filled with hypoallergenic polyfill, so it is soft and easy to live with.
It brings color and pattern to a sofa, a bed or a reading nook, and it mixes well with solid pillows, kilims and Oriental rugs in bohemian and eclectic rooms. With the design on both sides, it looks finished from every angle and can be turned over as it ages.
