Almost certainly. Every order ships free anywhere in the continental U.S. with a 14-day return window and a virtual video consultation, whether or not your city has its own page here. Call or email and we'll walk you through what's available.
What's the real difference between "in-home service" and "ships free"?
In New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, a specialist can physically visit your home — bringing rugs to place and try in your actual room, plus on-site cleaning pickup. Everywhere else, we do the same curation over a video call, then ship the rug to you with a 14-day window to decide once it's in your space.
Do you ever add in-home service to new cities?
It happens as the business grows — right now it's New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, all within reach of our Carlstadt workshop. If you'd like to be first to know when that expands to your area, mention it when you call or email.
Is the video consultation really useful, or is it just a sales call?
It's a working session with an actual specialist — send a photo of your room, and on the call they'll hold specific rugs up to the camera so you can judge real color and texture before you order, not just browse product photos.
How do I pick between two rugs after seeing them on video?
Order the one you're leaning toward — every order carries the same 14-day return window and no restocking fees, so you're never stuck deciding sight-unseen.
