A light, airy beige field is scattered with small palmettes and sprigs in ivory and rust, inside a brown border. Measuring 10'1'' x 13'4'', it is a 10x13 hand knotted Ziegler rug.

The Oushak tradition of western Anatolia, with its airy layouts and big blossoms, is one of the main influences on Ziegler design. This rug's beige field and brown border give it a light and open look. It is hand knotted in Pakistan by skilled artisans from hand-spun local and fine merino wool with the Turkish double knot. A gentle abrash adds depth, and the pile is trimmed, stone-washed and sun-dried for a natural sheen and a soft feel underfoot.
